About Chatham Village Market

Chatham, Cape Cod

From the very start, when the Chatham Village Market began in July of 2003 at the location of the former Chatham A&P, there has been a dedication to offering the highest quality products coupled with outstanding customer service. This philosophy has followed the market, along with many highly satisfied yearlong and summer customers, to their new location, which opened in May of 2011 at 20 Queen Anne Road in Chatham to much anticipation and excitement. Some of the pictures in the slide show on this page are from that very memorable day.

At the heart of Chatham Village Market are its four owners, Scott & Tina MacDonald, Robert White, and Jeffrey Heap. Individually, each has years of experience in the grocery industry, as well as a deep appreciation for Chatham and the unique location that is Cape Cod. Robert White, is the former Manager of the West Chatham A&P and a Chatham native, Jeffrey Heap, is the former Chatham A&P Assistant Manager and a Harwich resident, Scott MacDonald, resident of Harwich, was an A&P employee from the age of 16 and former District Manager and Perishable Specialist for A&P, and his wife Tina, who manages the Market, has years of store and front-end management experience.
